1970's studio craft rocking chair featuring a solid rosewood frame with beautifully patinated leather. Acquired on the southern most tip on the Oregon coast, the chair design gives nuance to California-organic-modern style. The chair has been carefully restored while characteristics collected from age was meticulously preserved. The frames wood shows original bug holes in head rest and both back legs telling that the chair was expertly designed by one solid piece of rosewood while the legs were thoughtfully crafted using bookmatching design principles.
